The Arrival...for Johnny...Nate...and Nadia.

[Allie]

Allie laughed at the new guy's reaction, waving when Leroy pointed out that she was the voice and the cat. "How you heard my voice is called thought speak. Trust me, I found it as weird when Leroy first used it on me, but it's how we communicate in morph."

She answered Leroy's question next. "Yes, I was at work. I'll have to go retrieve my work clothes from in front of the door, but I heard you talking and mentioning demonstrating morphing. I thought I'd demonstrate with my cat, but I guess he wasn't watching when I demorphed." To Johnny she added, "Which is okay. Morphing actually looks kind of odd the first time around."

((So Nadia is in the apartment or on her way there?))

[Johnny]

Johnny held his head still after Leroy's helpful explanation. And Allie's. Allie was the cat. An alley cat. No, an Allie Cat.He smirked to himself. He then took the female figure in as she talked. This was his new reality. Living with two complete strangers. Who could change into animals. Like he should be able to. Wow.

He sat down on a remaining vhair as the girl gave Leroy a report. Is he the leader or something? Or maybe he was just nosy. or she liked to brag. can't say I'm any better. Then she presently turned the conversation back towards him. "I'll take your word for it." He felt no need to experience that a the moment. If he had to hurl, he rather have something to hurl. which brought him back to an ealier topic.

"Food sounds great," he told Leroy.

[Leroy]

(OOC: I'm not sure. I'm going to assume she is at the apartment (on a fire escape or balcony) but we don't yet know she is there)

"Okay, we can go in just a second. Just let me set down my stuff in my room quick." Leroy hurried over to his room, but stopped in mid-stride as he noticed something out of the corner of his eye. Down the wall, through a window, he saw a girl observing the view.

"You guys, I think we have another roommate too." Leroy then walked down the hall and knocked on the glass. "Can I help you?" he asked. That seemed like the appropriate thing to say even though he had no clue what he would help her with. Who was this girl?

[Allie]

"You know, food does sound really good. I'll just go change into something a little more normal, that doesn't smell like where I've been most of the day, and be right back out." She got up and started toward the entryway where she'd left her other clothes. Turning back she said, "Feel free to find something to eat while. This is your home now too. Oh, and I didn't catch your name."

She was just about to leave when Leroy rapped on the glass and started talking to someone outside. If this was a new team member, then why were they on a fire escape? She should go get changed on the off chance this wasn't someone who could know the secret of the residents of this apartment. Not that the secret doesn't have it's own problems, but letting it out could just cause way more.

She grabbed her dirty clothes from the entry and went to her room to put something else on. She'd find out what was up with that girl when she got back in something more suitable.

[Nate]

The address seemed right, but Nate double checked the piece of paper in his hand again, just to make sure. Yup, this was the apartment.

As he debated knocking, he couldn't help but wonder what other people could be already living here. SPECTER hadn't told him much about them. He'd just been declared dead against his will, given a new job in a new city, and an address to find his new home at. Well, and the power... the one cool thing about this. He hadn't tested it out yet, but he'd tried something at the job they'd given him. He hoped it would work...

Well, time to figure out whether or not I'm stuck with a bunch of sticks in the mud, he thought to himself as he tucked the note into his pocket. If they're cool, I guess I'm sticking with this. If not, I'm bolting and those government creeps can hunt me down all they want.

He lifted his hand up and gave the door a good ol "rat tatatat tat" knock, and then waited.

Nadia turned at the sound of tapping on a window. What could that be? she wondered. Soon, her question was answered and a boy about her age asked her, "Can I help you?" Nadia nearly jumped.

After regaining her composure, Nadia was about to answer when someone knocked on their door. She blinked, shrugged, and then said, "I am looking for ..." she searched her memory. "Leroy. I come from some good friends."

[Johnny]

"My name? It's Johnny, Johnny Wayne," he said to Allie. He smiled at her and then wondered what was keeping Leroy. He soon found out. Another roommate? This place was swarming with people now. GHOST or whatever had to be very efficient on that kind of thing. But, Johnny just arrived and now another person did too. What were the odds of that?

A series of knocks on the front door interupted his thoughts. Since Leroy was conversing with a window and Allie was getting changed, Johnny went to open the door. He pulled it open and said with a smile on his face, "Hello?"

[Leroy]

"You're looking for me?" Leroy asked through the window. Then, realizing she may not have heard him clearly, he opened the window up. "You're looking for me?" he repeated.

Leroy wondered why she would be looking for him specifically. Maybe because he was the first one to arrive? He had no clue. It wasn't like he was the group leader or anything, but he supposed it made sense for them to give her a name to ask for.

"So, ummm... yeah. I'm him. And you are?" Leroy was vaguely aware that someone had been knocking on the door, but he figured someone else would have answered it.

[Nate]

"Pizza delivery!" Nate exclaimed when the door finally opened. He paused and sized up the guy in front of him with a raised eyebrow. "uh... nice... shirt." He adjusted his backpack on his shoulder and let himself in past Johnny.

"I hope I'm in the right place, but if not... well, I guess you're stuck with me," he grinned, glancing around the apartment. Then he flopped himself down on the couch. "So these are the digs they set us up with, huh? Not bad."

[serena]

"You're looking for me?" The window speaker, now known as Leroy, asked Nadia. Well, I'm not now since I found you. Wasn't that rhetorical? "Yes, I guess I am looking for you."

"So, ummm... yeah. I'm him. And you are?" Nadia blinked. She hadn't said who she was yet? Guess not. "I'm Nadia Kenai, and before you ask, yes, my last name is the name of the big bear on Brother Bear. So I came to the right place it seems like, right?" Maybe this time she hadn't made a mistake.

[Leroy]

"Yes, I think you found the right place,"Leroy replied. Although his mind was still trying to figure out why she was explaining her last name. Maybe it would have made sense if he had actually ever seen the movie Brother Bear.

"Come on in," he said, walking back down the hall. "I'll introduce you to Allie and Johnny. Then we can- Who is this guy?" He topped walking as he spotted the stranger sitting on the couch. It must be whoever was at the door, Leroy finally realized as he connected the clues. Leroy had just gotten home from work and he already met three new people in that short amount of time. Well, at least you'll never be short on company.

[Nate]

Nate glanced up at Leroy. "Sup? This guy is Nate! Who are you, guy?"

Then he patted his grumbling stomach. "Hey, you guys got any food around here?" He hopped to his feet and headed to the kitchen area, immediately opening the fridge and beginning to rummage around. "Dang, someone needs to go shopping..."

[Johnny]

"Hi," Johnny said a bit lamely and stunned as the perosn just waltzed by and instantly made himself at home. He didn't even introduce himself. He closed the door and then walked around until he was leaning against the wall opposite of the strange. This wasn't a comfortable place for him, and everyone was pretty much a stranger although he felt he could get to like Allie and Leroy, he wasn't liking this new guy at the moment.

Leroy then appeared so Johnny figured that he could take care of the person. After all, Leroy was used to living here (at least Johnny assumed he was) so he was best suited for the job. Besides, Johnny was new here himself, having arrived only about ten minutes ago.

[serena]

Nadia smiled calmly as she entered. "Thanks." Leroy started talking about introducing her to Allie and Johnny and then asking who the other guy was. She shrugged. If I had been here forever and a half, I probably would have known though. Hm...

Nate had started making himself at home and she raised an eyebrow. Didn't think we could do that. She just stared at Nate and then shook her head before turning back to Leroy. "I meant to say this before, but it's nice to meet you."

[Leroy]

Leroy's first impression from this new guy was that he was obnoxious. "I'm Leroy," he said neutrally as Nate went to the kitchen. Leroy's opinion of him didn't change as they guy started looking through the fridge. Hopefully he would be able to manage living in the same house as this guy. At least Nadia seemed bearable.

Leroy had almost forgotten that he was going to put his stuff away when he first saw Nadia, so he went and did just that. It only took a second, but it reminded him of what they were going to do earlier as well. When he got back to the kitchen/living room area, he voiced the plan. "So, me, Allie, and Johnny were going to go find a place to eat. You two can come with if you want. If we are still going, that is. But as you can see, there isn't much in the fridge."
