A part of Allie had hoped that was what Leroy would say, and when she heard an elephant trumpet from somewhere in the museum she had to figure that was her signal to hide and switch morphs. She knew Savannah at least was nearby because of her comment about seeing a cat. She wasn't entirely sure where anyone else was.
She ducked into a side room near where she was following the burglars and sent out a message, partly to answer Savannah's question. <<I think I've heard about six different thought voices, but my count might be off. As far as you attacking, if you saw a cat you're pretty close to me and I was stalking the burglars. ... dunno if that helps any.>>
At this point Allie lost her thought voice and took another minute or two to finish demorphing. Once that was done she switched directions, focusing on her lion morph that she'd acquired with Nadia at the circus. This was going to be interesting now, because no doubt the criminals didn't expect to run into a menagerie while robbing a museum.

When Savannah mentioned Jamilan being in vulture morph, the Andalite replied, <Not anymore,> as he emerged from behind the statue. <I have demorphed to my natural form,> he clarified.
And then came Prince Leroy's orders: <Whoever is here, lets all just do what we can to make sure they don't get away with whatever they are trying to steal.>
Prince Leroy was in the morph of a leathery gray creature of great size. Two menacing tusks protruded from beneath a long trunk. Jamilan was impressed by this creature; Earth sure had a variety of magnificent animals. <Ready? Charge!>
<Yes, my Prince,> the Andalite said, tail-blade raising to a ready stance. He would not attack to kill, but if he encountered the thugs, he would be sure to knock them unconscious or disarm them. The Andalite ran alongside the elephant, quickly out-running him; Jamilan didn't have to tread as carefully, since he could run without running into things or breaking the floor.

Man, all this fuss for two burglars... Well, this was certainly less of a mission and more of a museum outing, which just happened to include crime prevention. Jeremy decided to stay put, since he didn't want any friendly fire in the chaos of eight or so animals converging on two burglars. Besides, he could direct people to follow escaping burglars if need be.
He stretched his wings out and settled down. He even preened himself a bit. <Aaaaaaaaaaaand theeeeeeeey're off!> he announced. He grinned in his head.

<<Alriiiiiight!>> Nate exclaimed excitedly as he took off from his hiding spot, now fully in leopard morph. <<Let's scare the crap out of these guys!>>
He stalked through the museum, finally spotting Leroy. He was hard to miss as a gigantic elephant inside a building. He just hoped he wouldn't step on him. Good thing the leopard was quick, just in case. <<Nice pick, man.>>

<<I'm not a prince,>> Leroy said to Jamilan privately. <<I'm not even royalty. So... just get the bad guys, okay?>> Why in the world would Jamilan think that I'm a prince, he wondered. But he pushed the thought to the back of his mind once again as he reached a doorway.
<<This is gonna be tight.>> It was a wide doorway, designed for a lot of museum traffic, but it was low. Too low for an elephant. His back scraped along the top as he passed underneath. When he was about halfway through, his large beach blanket ears picked up the most peculiar sound.
"What the- It's an elephant, Kyle! There's an elephant!" A flashlight was pointed at Leroy's face and he let out another trumpet.
<<Umm. Found 'em.>>

When Nate suggested they beat the “crap” out of the burglars, Jamilan raised an eyebrow. That would not be a pleasant thing if taken literally; of course, he knew that Nate was nowhere near literal in the way he spoke. Then Leroy spoke to him, telling him he was not a prince, but Jamilan knew he was referring to royalty. He didn’t understand the context. It was another cultural difference. <<I will talk to you about it later,>> the Andalite replied privately, discomfort apparent in his tone.
He followed the large leathery creature, then stopped as Leroy did, hearing the voices as well, though dimmer because the elephant was blocking them. One of them had somehow knocked over a display, and an alarm began to sound. Jamilan found a side-door to where the thieves were. <The authorities will arrive in minutes now,> Jamilan warned them, stepping daintily through the side-door. <Your best option is to surrender now.>

"What the- It's an elephant, Kyle! There's an elephant!"
The voice sounded from the room Allie had just ducked out of. Leroy had chosen his elephant morph and just found his way to where the robbers were. <<Sweet, here comes the cavalry.>>
The male lion bounded out into the room and let out a roar as she spotted the elephant, which considering he was being illuminated by the flashlight was not too hard. <<Nice morph Leroy, but I think I fit inside a little better. Try not to smash any priceless works.>>
The second statement was sarcastic. Allie didn't figure they wanted to break anything, but the robbers had broken something already so it wasn't likely they'd be in horrible trouble. Especially since they could just push all the blame off onto the robbers.
A male voice shouted, "Th-there's a lion! There's a lion! Oh my god!!!!" This was followed by a scream that sounded almost feminine, and yet Allie knew it was coming from the guy. Allie turned to look in his direction and snarled. <<That guy is really pissing me off, Leroy. Can I tackle him?>> The second statement was made in a tone like a kid in a candy store. Allie found this amusing, not matter how much this was technically their job.

<<Not if I tackle him first!>> Nate arrived behind Allie in his leopard morph. He paused for a moment, realizing her large lion morph was most certainly male. <<...remind me never to walk behind you again, by the way.>>
He glanced around as the alarm echoed through the building as well as his head. Boy it was loud. They'd already smashed something. Well great. <You know,> he directed his comments towards everyone now, including the burglars. <Most people try to do this kinda job with more stealth. You guys should try it some time.>
