In Aftermath, it seemed like people were against having minor threads, that is, threads that weren't involved in missions. While I can understand that frame of mind, I think those minor threads are not only fun, but move the plot forward in their own way... they allow for character developement, and they let characters form bonds and just have fun.
So, having presented my point of view, I want to know if people here are more open to it, and I'm interested to know what other people think.
Cuz I also have ideas for threads where people are just hanging out, talking, maybe even have a drinking party and explore the hijinks that ensue with drunk morphers.

I don't have a problem with minor threads as long as they do something. And yes, a drinking contest counts as something. Basically, if you find a thread to be fun that doesn't exactly further the overall plot, more power to you. This site is made for entertainment purposes, so if you find those types of threads entertaining, why should I stop you? Edit: But I am still interested in hearing other peoples' thoughts on the matter.

I really, really like the idea of threads that are simply done to accomplish those social aspects of the RP (creating relationships, developing character, etc.) Because, to be honest, it's realistic, and funner that way. There's more to this life than just fighting, going on missions, or working - your character is living a life. Sometimes day-to-day tasks, or just down-time, can become interesting situations to RP out. I fully support threads like these, and I already think there are threads like them around on the site. Personally, by the way, I'd like it if there were a way to differentiate from mission threads, and other ones, just by looking at the title. That would make things easier. EDIT: I didn't notice this board increased post-count. I'll make sure and make certain my posts are extra-helpful, in that case. ^.^

I support threads like these. You don't always have to tax your brain to figure out another in-depth strategy. And also, on Aftermath, several people didn't like it because some people got too powerful of morphs very quickly. Here, we don't have that problem. Anyone can have any morph they want, to an extent.
And also, small threads can fill in the gaps for a character. People can have different parts to them and they may not all show up while chasing down a robber. It makes our characters seem more "real", like this could happen (if you ignore the obviously fantasy stuff).
