Okay, this question has been on my mind awhile, but i keep forgetting to ask it. Is there a limit on what kind of morph you can get when? Like, could you get a tiger as your third morph? Or an eagle or something? Or do you have to get a "normal" animal, something that isn't the best of its kind? Example: you have to get a sparrow instead of a hawk becuase hawks are bigger and better. ?

Good question. No, there is no limit. But I feel that I should give a better explanation than that, so here goes: You are allowed to acquire any live animal that your character can get their hands on, provided you have enough posts to get a new morph. That means no extinct, dead, or mythological animals. Also, don't acquire other peoples' characters without getting their permission OOC. That is just bad manners. The reason you can acquire any animal is because I think that saying one animal is better than another is just an arbitrary opinion anyway. A hawk might be bigger than a sparrow, but that definitely does not make it better. All morphs have their plusses and minuses. For example: The sparrow can fit into small openings and is more likely to go unnoticed, whereas the hawk can soar with little effort and do fancy dives in the air. However, just because it is possible to acquire any animal right away, doesn't mean that your character can. By this I mean that some animals are just difficult to get close enough to in order to acquire them. If someone just walks up to a polar bear and tries to acquire it, they'll probably get eaten. And that is usually a pretty good deterrent for even an animorph. So in short, there is no limit on what you can acquire, but try to be somewhat realistic. If you have any more questions about acquiring animals, feel free to ask them here, or send me a PM (personal message).

Okay, I understand that. So, the only kind of limit there might be is what would be best suited for secrecy, sort of. A boxer would be better suited for tracking a person through a city than a wolf would be. And a pigeon is a lot more likely to be flying overhead in daytime than an owl or a harpy eagle. Okay. And we are still slighlty limited on what morphs we get from how we get them. Like you said, someone wouldn't pet a cobra, morph capable or not. And that also limits on anything which might be deadly or dangerous. So in a sense, the only limit is realism. Gotcha. Okay, so now I understand this. I just have to kind of talk about it so I can understand it better.
